Jeremy McClung, CPA

Jeremy has over 15 years of accounting experience from a variety of industries and settings. He graduated with honors from Concord University and completed additional advanced graduate coursework at the Ohio State University. Jeremy earned a Certificate of Merit for the State of West Virginia for having the highest score on the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam for the year he set. He has served as a staff Auditor for Chambers, Paterno and Associates, a Financial Manager for Seven-Up/Dr. Pepper Bottling Co., and as the Budget Manager and later the Administrative Director of Medical Staff Services for the Ohio State University Medical Center. He has also taught college courses at both Concord University and the Ohio State University.
Jeremy has extensive experience working with financial statements, budgets, payrolls and taxes. His management experience encompasses accounting systems ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to hundreds of millions.

Shirley has over 30 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She graduated with honors from Concord University and earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation shortly thereafter. She has served as the Accounting Manager for Elkin Distributors, Payroll Manager for Carolina Foods, Finance Manager for Memorial Baptist Church, and as a Senior Accountant for the Ohio State University Research Foundation. Shirley also maintained client tax and payroll records for both a nonprofit organization and an ambulance service company during this same period.
Shirley has extensive experience working with the general ledger, bookkeeping, payrolls and taxes. She has worked with accounting systems in a variety of settings including retail, wholesale, universities, churches, ambulance services and distribution.
